We start by understanding the material you need to cut, its dimensions, and your specific cutting requirements. Our engineers then propose the optimal cutting solution tailored to your needs.

Step 2: Mechanical Design (3–7 Days)
After finalizing your requirements, 8 WATER TECHNOLOGY engineers design the appropriate wire-cutting equipment. This step may exclude standardized models, focusing instead on your unique operational demands.

Step 3: Production (20–30 Days)
Once we receive prepayment, we begin production. The exact delivery schedule can vary depending on whether you choose a standard machine or a fully customized model.

Step 4: Transportation (15–40 Days)

Step 5: Installation and Debugging (Not Required)
We ship the machine as a complete unit, with all parts installed and tested beforehand—no on-site assembly required. Simply plug in and begin operation. If needed, we can also arrange for our engineering team to assist with setup and training.
