The CX2121 Multi-Wire Cutting Equipment is designed to meet the batch processing needs of hard and brittle materials such as rare earth permanent magnets, quartz crystals, optical glass, and precious metals. The five-roller design enables the cutting of products with thicknesses ranging from 5mm to 60mm.

Double-Station Workbench: Allows simultaneous cutting of two plates of material.

Optional Three-Axis and Five-Axis Winding Methods: Facilitates the cutting of products with thicknesses ranging from 5mm to 60mm.

Integrated System Layout: Roller cutting system, workbench, tension mechanism, retractable line, and cable system are arranged in one plane for easy operation.

6 Guide Wheel Design: Reduces disconnection rate and ensures fast winding.

Independent Sliding Tables: Left and right sliding tables on the workbench can be independently displaced back and forth, allowing cutting of products with different thicknesses on each side.

Easy Assembly: Rollers are fastened with screws and come with special electric wrenches for easy disassembly and assembly.

Swing Function: Workbench includes a swing function for square cutting of semiconductor silicon carbide.

Disconnection and Continuous Cutting Function: Ensures uninterrupted operation.
