Functional Components
Cleaning Tank
The cleaning tank is the main chamber where the cleaning process takes place. It is designed to hold the workpieces and the cleaning solutions, and is made of materials that are resistant to corrosion and wear.
Ultrasonic Device
The ultrasonic device generates ultrasonic waves that create cavitation in the cleaning solutions, enhancing the cleaning effectiveness by dislodging contaminants from the metal surfaces.
Cooling System and Heat Exchange System
The cooling system and heat exchange system are responsible for maintaining the appropriate temperature of the cleaning solutions and the machine components. They help to ensure stable and efficient operation of the cleaning process.
Automatic Sealing Cylinder Lid System
The automatic sealing cylinder lid system provides a tight seal for the cleaning tank, creating a controlled environment for the cleaning process and preventing the escape of vapors and contaminants.
Dehydrating Storage Tank, Circulation Filtration System
The dehydrating storage tank holds the dehydrating agent solution, while the circulation filtration system filters and recirculates the cleaning solutions to maintain their cleanliness and effectiveness.
Vacuum Degassing Function, Fine Cleaning Buffer Tank
The vacuum degassing function removes air and gases from the cleaning solutions, improving their cleaning performance. The fine cleaning buffer tank stores the fine cleaning solution for use in the rinsing stage.
Inlet and Outlet Liquid System, Fine Cleaning Buffer Tank
The inlet and outlet liquid system controls the flow of cleaning solutions into and out of the tank. The fine cleaning buffer tank provides a reserve of fine cleaning solution for continuous operation.
Vacuum System
The vacuum system is used for vacuum drying and for creating a vacuum environment during certain stages of the cleaning process to enhance the effectiveness of the cleaning and drying.
Vacuum Distillation Regeneration Recovery and Steam Generator Equipment
This equipment is responsible for recycling and purifying the used cleaning solutions through vacuum distillation, and also generating steam for the steam bath washing stage.
Gas-Liquid Separation Tank
The gas-liquid separation tank separates the vapors and liquids generated during the cleaning process, ensuring proper ventilation and preventing the accumulation of harmful substances.
Electrical Control and Automatic Control System
The electrical control system manages the power supply and operation of the various electrical components of the machine. The automatic control system controls the entire cleaning process, ensuring accurate and reliable operation.
Air-Cooled Chiller
The air-cooled chiller provides cooling for the cooling system and other components that require temperature control, ensuring stable and efficient operation.
In conclusion, the PTC-1000T single-station hydrocarbon cleaning machine is a comprehensive cleaning solution with advanced features and reliable performance. It is designed to meet the specific needs of metal part cleaning applications, providing efficient and thorough cleaning of a wide variety of metal parts.
