Transmission Mode: Adopts spiral gear transmission (external transmission). This transmission mode provides stable and reliable power transfer, ensuring smooth operation of the machine and accurate movement of the glass workpieces during the cleaning process.
Conveyor Speed: The conveyor speed is 0.5 - 0.6m/min and is variable frequency stepless adjustable. Cleaning Process
1. Loading
Manual loading of the glass workpieces intthe machine.

3. Detergent Lower Roller Brush Cleaning
The glass undergoes the first stage of roller brush cleaning with detergent tremove stubborn dirt and impurities. The lower position of the roller brush ensures effective contact with the glass surface.
4. Air Knife
After the first detergent cleaning, the second air knife further removes any remaining loose particles and excess detergent solution from the glass surface.
5. DI Water Lower Roller Brush Cleaning
The glass then undergoes a second roller brush cleaning with DI water trinse off the remaining detergent and further clean the surface.
6. Isolation
A separation or isolation step may be used tprevent cross-contamination between different cleaning stages or tensure proper flow and separation of the cleaning processes.
7. Detergent Roller Brush Cleaning
A third stage of roller brush cleaning with detergent is performed tensure thorough removal of all contaminants.
